A few days ago, the Rolling Stones put out a sneaky newspaper ad, purporting to be for a glass repair company – but the numerous Easter eggs in it pretty much gave away the fact that it had something (a lot) to do with new music soon to come from The World’s Greatest Rock And Roll Band.
Now it appears that said new music is a single titled Angry, from the Hackney Diamonds album, and unless Keef‘s pulling our leg, apparently the single will drop this coming Wednesday, followed by the album in late October.

Punters who called the number in the ostensibly fake ad got a recorded message saying “Welcome to Hackney Diamonds, specialists in glass repair. Don’t get angry, get it fixed.” And here’s what showed up in my email this morning. Wot fun, innit?
