Join us for this fun Glow-in-the-dark night golf fundraiser for The Q!’s TLC Fund For Kids on Friday, August 20  @ Glen Meadows Golf & Country Club

Registration is $70 per person and includes dinner (your choice of steak, chicken, fish or vegetarian), green fees and glow-in-the-dark golf supplies. There will also be a Silent Auction and live Caddy Auction with Q! announcers.

The Q! is proud to support The Victoria Shamrocks 2010 season.

Come down to the Bear for The Rocks last home game of the season as they play host to The Nanaimo Timbermen, Friday, July 30 game time 7:45:00 pm.

The Q! will be on location at 6:00 pm for The Rocks end of season Tail Gate Party.  Bring the whole family down for the party and  meet the team enjoy some BBQ and watch as mascots from all over Victoria take part in the 1 Annual Mascot Challenge hosted by Rocky the Raccoon.

Bear Mountain Arena will be rockin' all summer long.

Tickets are only $17 Adults, $15 Seniors/Students, $8.50 youth, free (Children 5 and under)


The Q!'s Victoria Track Series

The Q!'s Victoria Track Series

Get your running shoes ready and your game face on for The Q!'s Victoria Track Series.

The Q!'s Victoria Track Series is a number of friendly competitive races distancing from 800m to 5000m. This event welcomes everyone from first time joggers to seasoned athletes. Competitors will have the chance to compete on 8 different dates including Saturday, July 31 at 6:00 pm. All 8 races will take place at Oak Bay High school on the Jack Wallace Memorial Track.

Partial proceeds from the event will go to The Mustard Seed Food Bank. Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items for donation.

Registration fees are: single event: $15, 4 track events: $32, 8 track events $55

Victoria Rebels Football

 100.3 The Q! is proud to present another season of Victoria Rebels football! 

 The next game takes place Saturday July 31 as the Rebels take on the Kamloops Broncos @ 4:00pm at Bear Mountain Stadium at Langford City Centre Park (1089 Langford Parkway).

Tickets are only $15 Adults, $13 Seniors/Students, $10 Youth and FREE for Children 8 and under.

Vancouver Island Truck Show

Vancouver Island Truck Show

The Q! is proud to support The 5 Annual Butch Taylor Memorial Truck Show, Saturday, July 31 and Sunday, August 1. At the Saanich Historical Artifacts Society (7321 Lochside Drive in Saanichton)

This is a two day family event held over the BC Day Long Weekend starting at 10:00 am until 9:00 pm both days. Entry is by donation with proceeds going to the BC Children's Hospital "Convoy For Kids" .

This year there will be over 100 new, show, working & vintage trucks on display along with live entertainment, food & beverages, bouncy castles for the kids and the always popular Truck Light show on Saturday night.

New this year a special screening of Smokey and the Bandit on the very large screen outdoor screen Saturday night after the Truck Light show.


The Q!'s Game Night @ Victoria Seals

Join The Q! at the Victoria Seals vs. Tucson Toros baseball game this Thursday, August 5 for The Q!’s Game Night.

Q! staff will be on-site at the beginning of the game handing out cowbells for Coca-Cola’s cowbell night!

Cadboro Bay Festival

100.3 The Q! is proud to support The Cadboro Bay Festival at Gyro Park on Sunday, August 7! Come down to enjoy a day full of fun, food and family at this Free, all ages event.

From 11:00 am - 3:00 pm Gyro Park will have more exciting activities than you can shake a stick at. There will be a Pirate Treasure Hunt along with Pirate School, face painting, a bouncy castle, arts & crafts and games galore! Concessions will be serving up hotdogs and ice cream; performing artists, drummers and clowns will be entertaining all afternoon.

And to top it all off, the champions of last summer's sand castle sculpting contest in Parksville, Fred Dobbs and the Sandboxers, will be crafting up a new masterpiece right before your eyes.

The Easter Seals Drop Zone 2010

100.3 The Q! is proud to support The Easter Seals Drop Zone 2010 on Thursday, September 16 at The CIBC Building downtown (1175 Douglas St.)!

Want the chance to be your own super hero? Maybe form a TEAM of super heroes?

All you have to do is register for Drop Zone, raise a minimum of $1000 and muster up the strength and courage to rappel down 13 stories! Oh...and maybe go shopping for some tights and a cape first.

All of the money raised goes to helping Easter Seals Camp Shawnigan and Easter Seals House for children with disabilities.

Capital Festival BC Day Celebration

This year, there are TWO locations to celebrate at! One at St.Ann's Academy in downtown Victoria and the other at City Center Park in Langford. Both venues are FREE for all ages, and will include live music, food and tons of family entertainment from 11:00 am - dusk!

On Sunday, August 29, The Q! is proud to support Global Fashions on One World Stage - a fabulous dinner and global show featuring modern and traditional fashion, dance and music from all over the world.
