The 23rd annual TC 10k
Challenge yourself to run or walk the TC 10K with your friends at The Q!
The Q! is proud to be the official radio partner of the 23rd annual TC 10K taking place on Sunday, April 29 2012

You can also participate in one of the many TC10K Official Training Clinics happening at a Recreation Centre near you. These clinics are gradual 14 week program is for both runners and walkers that start the week of January 21st at your local rec centre

Easter Seals 24 Hour Relay
Raise money for the kids and have a blast while doing it!
The Q! is proud to once again support The Easter Seals 24 Hour Relay for the Kids on Saturday, June 2 - 3, 2012 at UVic!
This is an annual community-based fundraising event that challenges groups of people to run or walk relay-style for 24 hours around Ring Road at UVic. Teams of runners and/or walkers, made up of corporate and recreational groups, collect individual pledges or organize team fundraising events to raise funds towards their collective team goals. Then, all of the teams gather together for the big relay event at UVic for 24 hours of fun, laughter, entertainment and camaraderie!
All of the money raised will benefit Easter Seals' Camp Shawnigan, giving children with disabilities the chance to discover their individual abilities.

Purple Day Plane Pull
A fun new fundraiser for the Victoria Epilepsy & Parkinson's Centre!
100.3 The Q! is proud to partner with the Victoria Epilepsy & Parkinson's Centre to support the inaugural Purple Day Plane Pull on Saturday, March 24!
This one-day event will see teams of 12-15 people gather together to raise pledges in support of the VEPC. All teams will then be part of a fun and engaging day of competition and camaraderie at the Viscount Aero Centre (located near the Victoria International Airport).
Come be a part of this first-time-ever event that will capture the attention, minds and hearts of the community and pull together for a great cause!
Adults and children (6+) Plane Pull teams welcome!

Whose Live Anyway
A night of hiliarious improv comedy and song
The Q! is proud to present Whose Live Anyway on Friday, February 17 at the McPherson Theatre
Whose Live Anyway enthusiastically returns to Victoria's McPherson Theatre with a brand new show. Join Ryan Stiles, Greg Proops, Chip Esten and Jeff Davis for 90 minutes of hilarious improvised comedy and song. Bring your suggestions and you might be asked to join the cast onstage!
Tickets are $49.50 plus service charges and are available at the McPherson Box Office
