The Black Keys‘ 12th studio album Ohio Players will drop Friday April 05; following that, the band will reveal details of an extensive international tour. The first single, Beautiful People (Stay High), was written by the Keys’ Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney with their longtime friends Dan “The Automator” Nakamura and Beck. Other collaborators on the album include Noel Gallagher and Greg Kurstin.
And yes, the album title was in fact inspired by the legendary Dayton Ohio funk band.
