After having to postpone his North American gigs for this month due to peptic ulcer disease, Bruce Springsteen has now ditched all of his remaining shows for 2023.
Quoth a media release: “Bruce Springsteen has continued to recover steadily from peptic ulcer disease over the past few weeks and will continue treatment through the rest of the year on doctor’s advice. With this in mind, and out of an abundance of caution, all remaining 2023 tour dates for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will be postponed until 2024.”
The new dates will be revealed next week, and all of them will happen at the originally scheduled venues. Current tickets are valid, and those who would like a refund will have 30 days to ask for one at point of purchase. Springsteen had planned to visit Canada in November, hitting seven cities including Vancouver.
