Metallica‘s 72 Seasons album will drop Friday April 14; it’s the followup to LUX ÆTERNA, which spent six weeks at number one on the Active Rock charts in Canada. Metallica’s M72 world tour will kick off Thursday April 27 in Amsterdam and wrap Sunday September 29 in Mexico City; they’ll also join AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Guns N’ Roses, Tool, and Ozzy Osbourne for Power Trip in Indio California in October.
Metallica will preview the entire 72 Seasons album Thursday April 13 in cinemas around the world, with the band members providing introductions for all of the videos. SilverCity is the Victoria venue for the listening party, and I’m handing out tickets this week (April 03-April 06); listen for the daily Metallica Winword and text it in for a chance to win.
