As food insecurity continues to be a growing problem in Canada, for many families, the people at St. Vincent de Paul Vancouver Island and Maximum Express are stepping up with a couple of summertime food drives; the first one is this Saturday from 11am til 2pm outside the Strathcona Hotel’s Sticky Wicket on Douglas.
