Creedence Clearwater Revival‘s fourth studio album Willy and the Poor Boys dropped October 29 1969. Allmusic calls it “one of the greatest pure rock and roll albums ever cut”, and it’s this week’s Classic Album selection. Wednesday night at 8, Marlon Martens will play all ten tracks on Willy and the Poor Boys, one day after its 55th birthday, on The Boo.
