The new MuchMusic documentary 299 Queen Street West will be showing in thirteen cities later this year – including Victoria – and will feature a live “intimate and interactive” with some of the Much VJs, although we’re not sure yet which ones they’ll be.
299 Queen Street West premiered at SXSW this year; the official synopsis says it’s “the story of a scrappy Canadian television upstart from the perspective of the VJs who, at the time, had no prior TV hosting experience, received no direction, no scripts, and broadcasted [sic] live across the country.”
