Late last year, Stevie Nicks quietly dropped her cover of Buffalo Springfield‘s 1966 protest tune, For What It’s Worth. Judging by the reactions on her YouTube channel, and the texts I’ve received from you, this one’s a keeper.
This is Nicks’ first new material since Show Me The Way in 2020. She recently added this one to her setlist as part of her current US tour, and recorded it earlier this year in Los Angeles. Two of her longtime band members join her on it: backing vocalist Sharon Celani, who’s been with her since 1978, and the legendary Waddy Wachtel, whose guitar connection dates back to 1973, when he appeared on the Buckingham Nicks album.
