On November 1st, with the help of Langford Fire Rescue, The Q! will hoist a MASSIVE pumpkin into the air and smash it to the ground in the Westshore Town Centre parking lot!
The pumpkin is filled with numbered ping pong balls which represent a listener who qualified to be part of the pumpkin smash. The ping pong ball that settles closest to the target wins $1,500!
The first 100 listeners will be qualified at 1pm on-site, plus 20 additional on-air opportunities to qualify on the weekend. The pumpkin will drop at 2pm!
Carve out some time beforehand and bring your jack-o-lanterns to the Cineplex parking lot from 10-2 for Langford Fire Rescue’s annual pumpkin smash. Bring a cash donation to watch your pumpkin get dropped from a fire engine to be mashed, bashed, and smashed to smithereens. All proceeds will benefit the BC Burn Fund.
