This September, a Victoria icon will shut down after a forty year run: Pic-A-Flic Video will be boarding up the windows, shutting off the lights, and exiting stage left.
Owner Kent Bendall says that the store’s collection will be sold off, and a Change.org petition has been set up to get the Greater Victoria Public Library to buy it.
