What A Awesome Week!
Colwood Fire Dept had a fun open house with our community! They shared emergency preparedness information, had a hose and target station, and offered fire extinguisher training. We had so much fun hanging out with these amazing firefighters and learning how to stay safe and prepared in an emergency.
The Q! was proud to be at the annual Terry Fox Run with Ed Bain and Cliff LeQuesne. The event kicked off with an inspiring opening speech and a group stretch, then everyone started the run. This year, the Terry Fox Foundation raised over $100,000—an incredible achievement for a great cause!
