Yesterday’s suspicious death in Oak Bay is now being investigated by the Vancouver Island Integrated Major Crime Unit.
A man’s body was discovered yesterday morning (July 26) off Beach Avenue at McNeill Bay, and police are saying the death is being considered suspicious. The identity of the man is not being released yet, and police say, “While no arrests have been made, this appears to be an isolated incident and there is no perceived risk to the public.”
