Evenings (6:00 pm-midnight) and Weekend Mornings (6:00 am-noon)

After an unsuccessful stint as a roadie for the Spice Girls, Steph's psychic guru suggested she "work at The Q." She might have actually said "fork some stew," since the connection was bad, but Steph went with it.

Steph is generally planning her vacation time around Dave Matthews Band tour dates, dressing in one of her 10 Dave Matthews Band concert t-shirts, or "accidentally" slipping Dave Matthews Band CDs under her boss' door.

She credits her family for her greatest achievement in life: playing "Flower #4" in her kindergarten production of The Nutcracker.

It was February 9, 1964 that some band called the Beatles made their debut on this side of the pond on a little TV show called Ed Sullivan. I wonder what ever became of those 4 mop-haired kids? They seemed like a good bunch.

Everybody's a critic, right? Especially if they've got a website... with the word "review" in the title.

Something Else Reviews picks 5 songs from the Eagles they think "suck". (Their wording, not mine). It seems to me they're almost complimenting the band though, by saying it's a disappointment these songs didn't work out as well as the rest of their stuff, because the Eagles aren't a half bad band.

Since the dawn of time (or perhaps even slightly before that), we have tuned in to see Superbowl commercials. The iconic Apple commercial of 1984 stands the test of time. I remember as a kid finding myself desperate to know why "the guy drove through the fence" (turns out "he had to have" a Pepsi.)

Tugging at our nostalgic heartstrings this year- Ferris Bueller. Well, Mathew Broderick, hawking Honda CR-Vs. This one deserves a few re-watches just to catch all the movie references.

If you've ever wanted to slam the skins like Neil or slap da bass like Geddy, here's your chance to learn step by step how to do that.

Grab an app from a company called Jammit, who breaks the song down into pieces, and isolates each instrument. Just watch a quick demo to see how it works. Hey, if you're really ambitious, you can download the goods for 2112. Yes, each part.

Awesome Geddy falsetto voice not included.

Do these two t-shirts look similar to you? Aside from the fact they're both white t-shirts with a band name on them? The band No Age (who made the t-shirt on the left) claims that Kings of Leon's version is just a wee bit too similar for their liking, and are publicly dissing them for it.

I don't see it. You?

100.3 The Q is The Island's Rock. We don't take ourselves too seriously, and aren't a "boys club" like some stations. Men and women who love rock enjoy Q music and find our mediocre entertainment mostly passable.

The Q mixes classics from artists like Aerosmith, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and The Rolling Stones with newer rock from the likes of U2, the Foo Fighters and the Dave Matthews Band.
