Friday June 12, our friends at merridale will debut their newest spirit, Cowichan Gin — the first of their Cowichan Spirits line — and the celebrations include a long table distillery dinner that night. You’ll learn about the art of distillation, hear how hand-foraged botanicals have been used to create Cowichan Gin, taste it in a cocktail, and take home the recipe. Then, enjoy a four course forage-focused long table dinner, with storytelling by merridale’s chef, Kyle Bellis. Take a look at the set menu here (portable document format).
Tickets are $59 each plus 15% gratuity and applicable taxes; they’re available in advance only, at 1 800 998 9908 or via e-mail.
