ZZ Top have been forced to postpone at least one show on their current tour following an injury to bassist Dusty Hill.
Hill apparently fell backstage prior to the band’s scheduled appearance in Lubbock, Texas, yesterday, (Thursday, April 14th) dislocating his shoulder in the process.
ZZ Top confirmed the unfortunate news with a Facebook post that reads, “Tonight’s show in Lubbock, TX, has been postponed due to Dusty Hill dislocating his shoulder.”
What this mean’s for the group’s current itinerary is unclear. They still have a number of dates remaining on their Hell Raisers Tour, and are scheduled to perform tonight in Shawnee, Okla., before moving on to a chili festival in Texas the following day.
